Job Title: Operations Manager
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced operations professional to help drive cross-functional retail initiatives from planning through execution. This role offers the opportunity to bring structure to complex work, keep stakeholders aligned, and support high-impact programs that move strategy into action.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end coordination of retail initiatives from planning through execution.
- Build and maintain integrated workback schedules across multiple concurrent projects.
- Facilitate recurring meetings, document decisions, track action items, and keep milestones on course.
- Prepare clear status updates, dashboards, and reports while escalating risks with proposed mitigation plans.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, retail operations, or a related field.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a retail, consumer products, or apparel environment.
- Demonstrated expertise developing and managing detailed workback schedules across multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- Airtable proficiency is required, and the team uses this tool frequently.
