Job Title: Project Analyst – Mid-Level
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Project Analyst – Mid-Level opportunity supporting IT supply chain initiatives on a contract basis. Our team is seeking a candidate who can help analyze processes, coordinate project activities, and support workflow improvement efforts across cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and monitor supply chain requests, incidents, and tickets to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and build detailed project plans.
- Use Jira Kanban boards to visualize workflow, prioritize tasks, and track progress toward project goals.
- Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations that communicate status, risks, issues, and performance metrics.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience as a Project Analyst or similar role, with a focus on supply chain processes.
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow for managing requests and tickets, and extensive experience with Atlassian Jira for Agile project management and Kanban boards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to conduct data analysis, identify trends and insights, and recommend process improvements based on findings.
- Experience developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including project requirements, user stories, and process flows.
