Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Syracuse, New York (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for an exciting Project Manager opportunity supporting a major meter deployment initiative that plays a key role in modernizing infrastructure and enabling a cleaner energy future. Our team is looking for a Project Manager who can coordinate cross-functional efforts, support stakeholder alignment, and help deliver a large-scale program with strong organization and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the overall deployment strategy across stakeholders in line with the project schedule and performance objectives.
- Track contractor performance, key deliverables, and resource planning to help maintain the project plan.
- Coordinate cross-functional process requirements tied to meter installation and serve as a central point of contact for deployment questions.
- Support reporting, inventory planning, issue resolution, continuous improvement discussions, and validation or acceptance activities.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or 5+ years of operations and/or project management experience.
- Demonstrated project management experience on large-scale programs preferred.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional resources and a diverse group of stakeholders.
- Ability to build and maintain project-wide metrics, anticipate and resolve barriers proactively, and work flexibly in virtual teams.
- Strong verbal, written, analytical, and communication skills, with effective relationship management skills and the ability to think commercially and identify novel ways of working.
