Job Title: Change Management Consultant
Location: San Francisco, California (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a hands-on professional to support AI learning and adoption programs within a high-visibility transformation effort. Our team is looking for someone who can help drive operational excellence across learning administration, event coordination, communications, and engagement tracking to support broad employee AI fluency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the AI learning platform, including content uploads, course assignments, badge tracking, and access issue resolution.
  • Coordinate learning content related to AI tools, responsible use, and AI guiding principles.
  • Support event logistics for learning sessions, including scheduling, communications, registration tracking, and post-event follow-up.
  • Assist with the AI Champions program by onboarding champions, coordinating communications, and tracking engagement across business units.

Required:

  • Experience administering an LMS or a similar learning platform.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Experience coordinating events, programs, or communities; champion or ambassador network experience is a plus.
  • Clear, professional written communication skills.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift.
  • Interest in AI tools and in supporting adoption and fluency at scale.
  • Experience with reporting or dashboards, such as Excel, SharePoint, or similar tools, is a bonus.
