Job Title: Systems Test Engineer
Location: New Kensington, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-focused Systems Test Engineer to support system testing activities from planning through execution and reporting. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to the reliability, performance, and quality of complex systems while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The Systems Test Engineer will play an important role in helping the company maintain high standards for testing, analysis, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze system testing requirements and develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure thorough coverage.
- Execute system tests according to established procedures, document results, and identify deviations or anomalies for further investigation.
- Assess test outcomes and prepare detailed reports with insights into system performance and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and systems engineers, to resolve issues and support testing process improvements.
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or Vocational Education in Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Minimal prior experience required with a Bachelor's Degree, or a minimum of 4 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as System Architecture, System Design, Hardware Engineering, or equivalent.
- Preferred experience of 3 years in Verification and Validation with medical devices, in a testing laboratory, or another regulated industry.
- Knowledge of Verification Testing, Validation Testing, Quality Specifications, Regulatory Requirements, Troubleshooting, Requirements Analysis, Systems Architecture, Systems Integration, Cybersecurity, Software Test Automation, and System Integration Testing.
