Job Title: Admin Coordinator
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and proactive professional to provide high-level administrative support across a fast-paced environment. This role is focused on complex calendar management, travel and expense coordination, meeting support, and maintaining clear communication to help keep priorities aligned and work moving smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings across global time zones, and coordinate onsite and offsite meetings.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and process expense reporting.
- Prepare, proofread, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and submission materials.
- Support department operations, including meeting minutes, project tracking, vendor coordination, and special projects.
Required:
- Associate degree and 2 years of experience, or 2 years in a technical school setting with hands-on experience, or high school diploma / GED and 4 years of experience.
- Administrative support experience with the ability to manage multiple and/or complex calendars.
- Experience coordinating travel and expense reporting, including use of Concur.
- Working knowledge of Workday, Teams, MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in an office setting.
- Ability to work remotely with flexibility to accommodate PST business hours.
- Executive-level discernment, confidentiality, professionalism, and comfort working with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
