Job Title: QA Associate, Operations – Pgh
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are representing this company in the search for a detail-focused professional to support quality assurance activities across operational workstreams. This role plays an important part in evaluating completed work, sharing actionable feedback, and helping strengthen consistency, accuracy, and customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate completed operational work against SOPs, WINs, business rules, and other program documents.
  • Document quality assurance findings across operational products and services, including benefit verification, patient assistance, software support, inbound calls, and data entry.
  • Coach operations agents on areas for improvement and collaborate with training teams on new hire, refresher, and nesting support.
  • Support internal calibration meetings, escalate critical quality issues appropriately, and assist with data analysis and other QA-related tasks as needed.

Required:

  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Case Manager, Benefit Verification Specialist, or Contact Center agent, or equivalent experience in a similar role, or 1–3 years of prior quality control experience.
  • Health care experience is required, specifically in claim processing, contact center, benefit verification, or a similar industry setting.
  • Moderate Excel ability, including data validation, data entry, tables, and simple formulas, plus experience with technical writing, typing, and PowerPoint.
