Job Title: HR Business Partner

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support senior leaders across assigned business areas and help drive a strong people agenda aligned to business priorities. Our team is looking for a strategic, hands-on professional who can shape people plans, strengthen organizational effectiveness, and partner closely with HR teams to deliver impactful outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into targeted people plans and provide insight on organizational capability, structure, and talent planning.
- Lead organizational design and restructuring initiatives, diagnosing effectiveness issues and implementing practical, data-informed solutions.
- Own talent review and succession planning, support workforce planning and capability development, and help drive leadership coaching and change management efforts.
- Use people data and HR process expertise to inform decisions, track impact, and ensure effective execution of core HR programs in collaboration with HR Delivery, HR Operations, and COEs.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or a related discipline.
- Strong HRBP experience in complex, matrixed environments.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships, partner, and influence senior leaders at VP level and above.
- Experience leading org design, change management, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Strong business acumen, problem-solving capability, and the ability to work within an ambiguous, fast-changing environment.
- Strong US HR knowledge, high integrity and confidentiality, and the ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative.
