Job Title: Director – CRM & Field Systems
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are supporting a company seeking a hands-on leader to guide CRM operations, governance, and platform enhancements across its commercial field organization. Our team is looking for someone who can partner closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate priorities into clear requirements, steady execution, and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead CRM governance, release planning, change management, issue prioritization, and platform health for the field organization.
  • Manage the CRM support team with clear direction, prioritization, coaching, and execution oversight.
  • Gather business needs from stakeholders and document functional and technical requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Partner with IT, external vendors, and cross-functional teams through design, testing, deployment, hypercare, and ongoing operational support.

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience supporting Commercial Operations or Field Operations within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Extensive experience implementing, enhancing, and managing Veeva CRM.
  • Experience serving as the business owner or product owner for CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial processes, including sales force operations, call reporting, targeting, alignments, and customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
