Job Title: Senior Document Control Associate
Location: Thousand Oaks, California (On-Site)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-driven professional to support document control, archive management, and GMP-related documentation processes in a fast-paced environment. Our team is looking for someone who can help maintain document integrity, coordinate updates, and support continuous improvement across cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain required documentation, master records, and confidential document files.
  • Support GMP document control activities, including release, distribution, recall, and destruction of obsolete documents.
  • Organize archive documentation, scan and load records into electronic document management systems, and handle box movement and storage tasks.
  • Communicate with clients and internal partners, respond to general questions, troubleshoot issues, and support investigations, problem solving, and continuous improvement efforts.

Required:

  • Master’s degree, or Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, or Associate’s degree with 6 years of experience, or high school diploma/GED with 8 years of experience.
  • Document experience and GMP knowledge.
  • Administrative support experience in an office setting.
  • Experience using MS Outlook, CDOCs, Infolinx, and Smartsheet’s.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to proofread documents accurately.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes up to 50 lbs and work in a fully onsite setting.
