Job Title: Senior Manager, Sleep Field Analytics and Operations
Location: Remote

Job Summary: We are supporting a highly visible opportunity for a strategic and analytical professional to help lead field force analytics and operations for a Sleep Franchise. This position partners closely with leadership across Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Analytics & Insights to turn complex data into clear actions that improve field performance and commercial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and enhance field reporting and dashboard solutions, with a focus on data quality, consistency, and usability.
  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting using available data platforms and visualization tools, and support the end-to-end quarterly business review process.
  • Translate business questions into meaningful analysis and actionable recommendations for commercial stakeholders, while proactively surfacing trends, risks, and wins.
  • Support customer targeting, segmentation, alignment, field force effectiveness initiatives, operational improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across commercial teams.

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, business operations, consulting, or a related function within pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industries.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience designing and implementing reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI or similar tools.
  • Experience working with commercial data sources such as IQVIA, Symphony, or similar datasets.
