Job Title: Clinical Specialist (Xper IM)
Location: Milford, Connecticut (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a Clinical Specialist (Xper IM) supporting clinical education and application training across North America. We are looking for a candidate who can deliver high-quality training, support customer needs, and contribute to the success of the training program through strong communication and clinical expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver basic and intermediate application training at hospitals and clinics across the assigned zone.
- Assess and document user competency, and award continuing education credits when appropriate.
- Support resolution of equipment and application issues, and escalate critical concerns promptly.
- Complete training reports and required administrative documentation within seven days of training completion.
Required:
- Active professional credential as a Registered Technologist (RT) with the ARRT.
- Hold at least one advanced certification: Cardiovascular Interventional Radiology (CV), Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI), or Vascular Interventional Radiography (VI).
- Alternatively, active registry with CCI as an RCIS or RCES will also be considered.
- Have a minimum of three years of clinical experience in Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology, or two years of experience in a field applications role.
- Demonstrate strong computer skills, including equipment system operations and proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Be available for extensive overnight travel, up to 80%, and able to start ASAP.
