Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Winston-Salem, North Carolina (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Mobile Engineer opportunity supporting multi-site facility operations with a focus on reliable maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair across building systems. Our team is seeking a skilled professional who can help keep critical mechanical, plumbing, structural, and life safety systems operating to standard while supporting preventative maintenance across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, monitoring, repairs, and troubleshooting for mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
- Travel between multiple facilities to support proper function, preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and general maintenance.
- Maintain HVAC and associated equipment by cleaning, inspecting, calibrating, changing parts, recording readings, and making adjustments as needed.
- Support safe and efficient operations by following hazardous material procedures, maintaining housekeeping standards, and monitoring outside contractor work quality and pricing.
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience required.
- Experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
- Ability to analyze commercial or industrial mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, determine issues, and take corrective action.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification.
- Working knowledge of Word and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license.
