Job Title: Store Design
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking a creative and strategic design professional to help shape innovative retail environments and experiences. This position supports the development of immersive store concepts, presentation materials, and design solutions that align with business goals, brand direction, and project timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of innovative retail environment concepts, fixture ideas, and spatial solutions.
- Collaborate with internal and external design partners to support multiple projects from ideation through completion.
- Prepare presentation materials that clearly communicate creative direction and design concepts to stakeholders.
- Contribute to design continuity, project planning, and execution while supporting timelines, budgets, and functional needs.
Required:
- Minimum of 10+ years of progressive, technically sophisticated design experience in architectural, experiential, or brand design.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in architecture, industrial design, environmental design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, experience, or training.
- Demonstrated strength in managing a design project or studio with progressively complex projects of scale, budget, and size.
- Portfolio availability and proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Keynote.
- Experience with retail environments, concepts, and programs is required.
- Ability to work with multiple and competing priorities in a high-growth, evolving environment.
