Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Greensboro, North Carolina (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex industrial construction projects on active job sites. Our team is looking for a candidate who can combine strong field presence, clear communication, and disciplined project oversight to help deliver successful outcomes from planning through closeout.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all phases of industrial construction projects from planning through closeout on active job sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, engineers, and client stakeholders to keep work moving efficiently and safely.
- Manage budget, schedule, quality control, and documentation while addressing real-time project challenges.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and communicate project status clearly across all levels of the job site.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management credential.
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on project management experience in industrial construction environments.
- Demonstrated experience working on active construction sites; office-only or remote-only experience is not sufficient.
- Strong understanding of industrial construction processes, sequencing, site logistics, and OSHA safety standards.
- Proven ability to manage complex industrial projects from inception through completion with strong leadership, communication, organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
