Job Title: Mobile Maintenance Mechanic
Location: Indianapolis, Indiana (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking a skilled professional to support facility operations through preventative and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. We are looking for someone who can help keep building environments safe, functional, and well maintained through hands-on repairs, inspections, and timely work order updates.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing equipment and systems.
- Inspect and repair interior and exterior building areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing systems, and lighting.
- Handle assigned maintenance tasks such as HVAC coil cleaning, filter changes, belt replacement, plumbing repairs, painting, and general handyman work.
- Update work order status in real time and help prioritize preventive maintenance, corrective work, and emergent site needs.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience required.
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC experience; residential HVAC experience does not meet the requirement.
- Experience with basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work, along with the ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications such as MS Office, Outlook, and CMMS systems like Maximo.
