Job Title: Facilities Technician
Location: Kansas City, Missouri (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to support the ongoing performance, safety, and reliability of a busy client campus. Our team is looking for a hands-on professional who can contribute across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance tasks while helping keep operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair response work orders across mechanical, plumbing, and other installed facility systems.
- Carry out facility inspections and report conditions that may affect occupancy, operations, or compliance.
- Support general interior maintenance, including light plumbing, furniture adjustments, ceiling tile replacement, door repairs, and conference room setups.
- Assist with electrical, lighting, HVAC coil cleaning, filter and belt changes, hazard assessments, and safe handling of maintenance activities.
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in general building repair and maintenance in a commercial setting.
- Basic plumbing and basic electrical experience.
- Experience troubleshooting and performing PMs on HVAC equipment.
- Experience using a volt meter.
