Job Title: Senior Technical Product Manager
Location: Charlotte North Carolina
Job Summary: We are presenting an opportunity for a technically minded product leader to help shape innovative healthcare solutions that improve customer outcomes and operational performance. Our team is seeking someone who can connect strategy, data, engineering, and stakeholder needs to move ideas from discovery through launch with measurable impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a data-driven product strategy aligned to customer needs and business goals.
- Lead product discovery, prototyping, and iterative development to define problems, test assumptions, and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, end users, and technical teams to prioritize outcomes, manage tradeoffs, and support launch readiness.
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and business metrics, then drive continuous improvement across releases and operations.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a graduate degree in MBA or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum five years of experience in technology product management is required.
- Minimum one year of healthcare technology is required.
- Strong experience in revenue cycle processes and workflows is required, along with proven ability to deliver full product development lifecycle work and launch successful beta and v1 products.
