Job Title: Project Manager
Location: Portsmouth, New Hampshire (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are presenting an opportunity for a Project Manager to support project delivery and improve the client experience through strong coordination, communication, and execution. We are seeking a professional who can guide projects from inception to completion while maintaining quality, budget awareness, and effective collaboration across stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to support clear communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop project plans, monitor progress, and identify risks and issues proactively.
- Track project finances, support cost forecasting, and implement quality control measures to meet client expectations.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of project management experience, preferably in the real estate or construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software and a strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with advanced problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- PMP certification preferred.
