Job Title: Recruiter – Junior

Job Summary: We are supporting a remote talent acquisition opportunity focused on sourcing, engagement, and candidate qualification for management and select district and regional positions. Our team is seeking someone who can help build strong pipelines, deliver a positive hiring experience, and partner closely with hiring teams and other internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Build targeted sourcing strategies and plans to support specific and pipeline searches.
- Source, engage, and assess talent using ATS tools, networks, social media, research methods, cold-calling, and talent mapping.
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle activities for assigned buildings and geographic areas while supporting hiring needs and staffing plans.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, human resources business partners, talent acquisition leaders, and other stakeholders to communicate plans, anticipate challenges, and deliver a strong hiring experience.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of full recruitment lifecycle or sourcing experience.
- Sourcing experience that includes internet research and cold calling.
- Talent assessment and influencing skills, along with strong communication skills, organizational follow-through, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple searches and projects while remaining flexible to changing priorities.
