Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: San Francisco, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading organization to hire a Senior Project Manager for a master planning and advisory team focused on turning early vision into practical, implementable solutions. Our team is seeking a professional who can guide complex projects from concept through execution while supporting client relationships, project planning, and business development efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Lead master plan projects from inception through completion across mixed use, education, healthcare, institutional, industrial, and life sciences sectors.
- Conduct site assessments, due diligence, zoning analysis, and entitlement support across multiple markets.
- Develop 2D and 3D density studies and site test fits to evaluate feasibility and implementation options.
- Manage stakeholder communication, project planning, budgeting, risk tracking, and support for pitches and business development efforts.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Master Planning, Urban Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in master planning or development.
- Proficiency in Sketch Up or AutoCAD for 2D and 3D site layout.
- Strong understanding of master planning, infrastructure design, entitlements, procedures, risks, and timelines.
- Availability to travel and support projects nationwide.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and team leadership skills.
