Job Title: Senior Project Manager
Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are working with a company seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead complex initiatives and support successful delivery across client work. This opportunity offers the chance to guide teams, coordinate stakeholders, and help ensure projects are completed to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution from start to finish.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
- Monitor progress to help ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams while building strong client relationships.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate industry.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
