Job Title: Marketing Enablement Lead
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Marketing Enablement Lead opportunity supporting one-to-one marketing campaign strategy and delivery. Our team is seeking a candidate who can translate complex audience targeting needs into scalable data solutions and clear business-technical designs that help marketing initiatives run accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with marketing strategy stakeholders to understand audience targeting requirements and campaign objectives.
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and support technical designs for audience creation and marketing decisioning.
- Act as a central point of coordination across marketing, operations, product, technology, and other key partners.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and potential impacts to campaign execution, and help support continuous improvement in audience creation and data utilization.
Required:
- Experience with customer decisioning or real-time interaction management software such as Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Marketing technology interest.
- Understanding of a Test/QA/Production environment structure.
- Rules Engine knowledge.
- SQL knowledge.
- HTML coding proficiency.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- University or college degree with 5+ years of industry-relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience.
