Job Title: Marketing Enablement Associate
Location: Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a Marketing Enablement Associate opportunity supporting the build-out of targeted marketing messaging within a customer decisioning environment. Our team is looking for a business-focused professional who can help translate defined requirements into accurate, high-quality campaign logic while working closely with Product, Marketing, Technology, and delivery teams.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret business requirements and develop business rule logic to support targeted marketing campaigns.
- Provide consultation and coordination across Product, Marketing, Technology, and delivery channels to support deployment of new marketing creatives.
- Perform quality control checks on developed logic and support work across Test, QA, and Production environments.
- Manage multiple priorities, assist lower-level analysts, and help ensure target deadlines are met.
Required:
- Experience with customer decisioning or real-time interaction management software such as Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Pega Decisioning Consultant Certification required.
- Understanding of a Test/QA/Production environment structure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior leaders, executives, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Interest in marketing technology.
- University or college degree, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certification(s), and experience may be considered.
