Job Title: Contract Senior Marketing Manager, HCP Marketing Sleep Franchise

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a contract opportunity supporting a Sleep Franchise marketing team during a temporary coverage period. Our team is seeking a marketing professional who can drive execution across digital, media, CRM, omnichannel, and selected personal promotion activities while coordinating closely with agency partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Lead execution of HCP digital marketing initiatives across branded and unbranded channels, including websites, digital media, CRM, and omnichannel programs.
- Manage day-to-day agency partner activity and review deliverables for quality, accuracy, timing, and alignment with approved strategy.
- Support personal promotion initiatives by assisting with sales materials, promotional asset development, and field-facing tactics as needed.
- Coordinate review, approval, and documentation workflows for marketing materials through medical, legal, and regulatory processes while maintaining compliance.
Required:
- Bachelor degree required.
- 5+ years of U.S. pharmaceutical marketing experience required.
- Demonstrated experience managing HCP digital marketing and media programs required.
- Experience managing agency partners and vendors required.
- Experience working within PMRC/MLR review environments required.
- Working knowledge of Veeva PromoMats or similar systems required.
