Job Title: Marketing Project Specialist – Senior
Location: Framingham, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled marketing project professional to help drive complex seasonal campaigns from kickoff through delivery. This position plays a key role in coordinating cross-functional timelines, managing feedback, and keeping multiple creative workstreams moving smoothly across print, digital, social, and motion graphics.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of complex seasonal campaigns within an established marketing process.
- Coordinate creative projects across print, digital, social, and motion graphics to support strategic goals.
- Build timelines, track milestones, and help ensure on-time execution from start to finish.
- Lead meetings, capture notes and action items, and support clear communication across cross-channel teams and leadership.
Required:
- 5+ years of project management, traffic, or marketing experience managing creatives.
- Experience in an agency or corporate advertising environment is preferred by the role requirements.
- Experience with digital, social, and media processes and timetables is preferred.
- Corporate video production experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Experience with project management applications such as Workfront, Workgroups, Project, Basecamp, Smartpath, or similar workflow software is preferred.
