Job Title: Program Coordinator – Non-IT
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a highly organized Program Coordinator – Non-IT who can keep complex retail projects moving with precision and clarity. Our team is looking for someone who can coordinate schedules, gather critical updates, and create clear tracking materials that help stakeholders stay aligned from kickoff through delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary source of record for project workstreams, timelines, and key milestones across retail initiatives.
- Align with stakeholders to collect, organize, and share critical tasks, requirements, and updates.
- Build and maintain a definitive tracking tool using Airtable or a similar platform to monitor gates, dates, and workstreams.
- Publish clear tracking documents and project updates that are easy for leadership and stakeholders to review.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in a program management or coordination role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage schedules and deadlines effectively.
- Clear and concise communication skills, including the ability to deliver project updates in PowerPoint or Keynote format.
- Experience using Airtable and Microsoft Suite tools.
