Job Summary: We are recruiting for an opportunity that focuses on managing the full recruitment cycle and supporting hiring needs with professionalism and precision. Our team is seeking a candidate who can help source, screen, and present qualified talent while contributing to a positive and efficient hiring process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from posting openings through candidate presentation.
- Source candidates through internet searches, relevant databases, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and register prospective professional candidates.
- Submit and review candidates with the hiring manager while supporting salary discussions and customer needs.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of experience in talent sourcing and/or full life cycle recruiting.
- Strong full life cycle recruiting and sourcing experience.
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and provide professional support to managers.
