Job Title: Strategic Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic, highly organized professional to lead print and fulfillment vendor management, inventory oversight, and resource management support for a fast-paced marketing environment. Our team is looking for someone who can use data, process discipline, and cross-functional collaboration to improve workflow efficiency, reporting, and operational decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily vendor operations for print, fulfillment, and inventory while monitoring service levels, compliance, and required process controls.
- Manage budgets, vendor accruals, purchase orders, and spend forecasting while supporting multiple brand teams and communicating fund availability.
- Develop and deliver dashboards, tracking reports, and ad hoc metrics to support leadership, marketing operations, and other internal stakeholders.
- Oversee resource management processes, including inventory review, communication expiry, training, SOP updates, and issue resolution across teams.
Required:
- 6+ years of relevant experience in a resource, print production, or project management role.
- Proficiency with communication tools such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and Digital Asset Management preferred.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or cross-functionally.
