Job Title: Scientist
Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Scientist to support analytical development of late-stage biological therapeutics in a hands-on laboratory environment. This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to testing, data analysis, method development, and collaborative project work that helps advance important scientific work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform testing of routine and non-routine samples using analytical methods for protein therapeutics, including CE-SDS, cIEF/icIEF, HIC, SEC, IEX, RP, HILIC, and MS.
- Process and analyze data using Excel and other statistical software, and communicate findings within the group and in team meetings.
- Record data accurately within an electronic lab notebook and maintain clear documentation of work performed.
- Support method development, qualification, release, transfer, and troubleshooting activities while working in a matrix team environment.
Required:
- B.S. with 4 years of experience, M.S. with 2 years of experience, or Ph.D. with 0 years of experience.
- Hands-on wet lab experience, including weighing and pipetting.
- Experience with separations science, including HPLC, UPLC, or UHPLC.
- Ability to support method development and problem solving in a laboratory setting.
