Job Title: IT Audit Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Audit Consultant for a remote opportunity focused on strengthening control risk management, IT controls, and related regulatory and compliance standards. We are partnering with this company to present a role where the successful applicant will support internal audit assurance activities and help deliver clear, well-documented findings that support sound decision-making.
Responsibilities:
- Support control risk management, IT controls, and related regulatory and compliance standards.
- Perform internal audit assurance activities across financial, operational, compliance, IT, SOX, and SOC reporting areas.
- Review documentation for control testing activities, including general IT controls, automated controls, reports, and interfaces.
- Support audit planning, scope definition, audit program preparation, and completion of internal audit work in line with internal audit standards.
Required:
- Minimum of 4 years of IT audit experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information Systems preferred.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience.
- Certification as CPA, CIA, CISA, and/or PMP preferred.
- Experience working in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience working in highly automated cloud/platform environments.
- Ability to state complex issues simply and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
