Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly engaged digital marketing professional to help shape social media conversations, protect brand voice, and keep pace with fast-moving cultural moments. This position offers the chance to support a high-visibility team focused on consumer engagement, community interaction, and culturally fluent content execution.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media comments and collaborate closely with community managers to support timely consumer engagement.
- Craft strong creative copy that reflects brand tone and resonates across social channels and niche cultural spaces.
- Monitor football, sneaker culture, and broader cultural trends to help inform relevant daily social activity.
- Support content review, stakeholder alignment, and approval workflows while maintaining consistency in brand voice and messaging.
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, copywriting, or community management, depending on the focus of the work.
- Strong creative copywriting skills and the ability to represent a brand with consistency and precision.
- Deep passion for global football, sneaker culture, or adjacent subcultures such as music, gaming, fashion, art, or design.
- Experience working in or around competitor brands, fashion brands, sports brands, music brands, film marketing companies, or the arts is strongly preferred for one of the headcount profiles.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Portfolio examples and visual work samples are preferred.
