Job Title: Senior Engineering Technician
Location: Overland Park, Kansas (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced engineering professional to support complex civil site development efforts for mission-critical federal infrastructure. Our team is looking for someone who can help produce high-quality deliverables, maintain design consistency, and provide technical guidance that strengthens project execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify site development plans, grading designs, and utility layouts using Autodesk Civil 3D and other digital design tools.
- Establish and communicate design and graphic standards while reviewing project requirements for correct deliverable formats and content.
- Provide technical guidance, consultation, training, and oversight to technicians and engineering staff to support quality and consistency.
- Review design inputs and deliverables, coordinate with other design groups, and support process improvement, drawing control, and project record maintenance.
Required:
- Associate degree in Drafting or an Engineering Design Related Technology is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering Design Related Technology is preferred.
- Minimum of 11 years of related work experience is required.
