Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Buffalo, New York (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are recruiting for a skilled Mobile Engineer opportunity in the Buffalo, NY area, supporting commercial facilities across multiple sites. Our team is looking for a hands-on professional who can help keep building systems running safely, efficiently, and reliably through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and responsive repair work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair work orders across mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems at multiple assigned facilities.
- Maintain, operate, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical distribution equipment, plumbing systems, and interior/exterior building components.
- Conduct facility inspections and due diligence assessments, document conditions that affect occupancy and operations, and submit summary reports to management.
- Respond to emergency situations and after-hours building-related needs, while operating building automation systems and fire/life safety systems in compliance with safety procedures.
Required:
- Minimum four years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with demonstrated HVAC, plumbing, and electrical equipment repair and maintenance experience.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record, as travel between multiple facilities is required.
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and climb ladders up to 30 ft. safely and regularly.
- Availability for on-call duties and overtime as needed to support emergency situations and critical building operations.
- Strong knowledge of State, County, and City ordinances, codes, and laws related to building operations, with a commitment to full compliance.
