Job Title: Mobile Engineer
Location: Frederick, Maryland (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to support the operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment across multiple locations. Our team is looking for someone who can help keep building systems performing safely and efficiently while delivering dependable support to a dynamic facilities environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, monitoring, repairs, and troubleshooting across mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire/life safety, and control systems.
- Travel between multiple facilities and ensure building systems continue to operate effectively.
- Support preventative maintenance, inventory control, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance activities.
- Inspect, clean, calibrate, and replace parts on HVAC and related equipment while maintaining safe, compliant work areas.
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 5-7 years of experience required.
- Experience maintaining and repairing commercial building systems, with the ability to analyze HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems and take corrective action.
- EPA 608 Type II Certification required.
- Working knowledge of computer applications including Word and Excel.
- Valid driver’s license required.
