Job Title: Infrastructure Engineer – Senior
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking a senior infrastructure professional to help support and modernize the technology platform that powers store operations at scale. Our team is looking for someone who can work closely with hardware vendors, build automation, and contribute to reliable deployment and endpoint management across a large global footprint.
Responsibilities:
- Design and maintain enterprise Windows gold images, Sysprep processes, and operating system deployment solutions.
- Build automation using PowerShell and support software distribution, packaging, and deployment workflows.
- Automate driver, BIOS, firmware, operating system, and application lifecycle processes while troubleshooting complex hardware and store technology issues.
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional engineering teams on hardware validation, solution development, and enterprise deployment initiatives.
Required:
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience with the ability to work independently and drive complex projects from planning through delivery.
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Client, and Windows Server Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise gold image design, Sysprep, OSD, SCCM/MECM packaging, software distribution, and operating system deployment.
- Core infrastructure knowledge including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, switching, routing, VLANs, hubs, switches, and routers.
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience, plus PC hardware architecture, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and source control platforms such as GitHub.
- Experience working directly with vendors and cross-functional engineering teams.
