Job Title: Senior Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to support high-volume sourcing and full-cycle hiring for moderate-complexity roles within a collaborative talent acquisition environment. This Senior Recruiter opportunity offers the chance to partner closely with hiring teams, build strong candidate pipelines, and contribute to efficient hiring processes across specific lines of business.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, presenting candidates, and making offers for roles of moderate complexity.
- Use advanced search techniques and recruiting resources to identify qualified candidates through databases, networking, cold calling, internet recruiting, media, and referrals.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines using CRM and related talent acquisition tools while capturing standard recruiting data throughout the process.
- Partner with hiring managers, talent intelligence partners, and business stakeholders to align recruiting efforts with talent needs and hiring goals.
Required:
- 5+ years of previous recruiting experience.
- Experience with Talent Acquisition and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Extensive agency or third-party recruiting experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with negotiation, customer service, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience using Workday is preferred as a flex skill.
