Job Title: Color Design
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-driven color design professional to help shape compelling footwear color stories and product executions across multiple seasonal lines. Our team is looking for someone who can translate consumer, cultural, fashion, and lifestyle insights into market-right color solutions that elevate product storytelling and support commercialization.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute color designs for footwear products, including seasonal color stories, palettes, and product-specific color solutions.
- Partner with Design, Product Management, Development, and Materials teams throughout the product creation process.
- Research color, consumer, cultural, fashion, and lifestyle trends and translate insights into innovative color directions.
- Manage color timelines and deliverables, while maintaining line art, color specifications, CAD file organization, and related product documentation.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Color Design, Industrial Design, Fashion Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of color design experience, preferably in footwear, apparel, or consumer products.
- Strong understanding of color theory, color application, storytelling, and product creation from concept through commercialization.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
