Job Title: Demand Planner
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Demand Planner to support effective and efficient distribution by strengthening demand plans, inventory visibility, and delivery performance. Our team is looking for a detail-driven professional who can help improve forecasting accuracy, reconcile key planning inputs, and support operational excellence through reliable analysis and actionable insights.
Responsibilities:
- Set, review, and reconcile periodic demand plans, including assortments, flow, drops, stock-keeping unit productivity, and allocations to help maximize revenues and minimize closeout inventory.
- Lead demand management activities by communicating purchase position, forecast variances, and category-specific inventory issues, while helping prioritize, negotiate, and resolve related challenges.
- Support demand and delivery performance analysis by building inventory management awareness, analyzing inventory data and KPI's, and tracking key targets tied to inventory and delivery performance.
- Contribute to operational excellence by applying knowledge of planning tools, their dependencies, and associated systems, while maintaining accuracy and clear communication.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of directly relevant work experience.
- Or one of the following accepted alternatives: PhD or Law plus 1 year; Master’s plus 0-3 years; Associate’s degree plus 1-3 years; High School plus 3-5 years.
- Strong knowledge of planning tools, their dependencies, and associated systems.
- Ability to analyze inventory data and KPI's, manage key targets, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Experience in Retail Industry.
- Experience working on Tableau and Excel
