Job Title: Lead Software Engineer – Healthcare

Job Summary: We are seeking a senior technical leader to guide the design, development, testing, and documentation of scalable software and system solutions. This opportunity offers the chance to shape architecture, improve delivery practices, and drive reliable outcomes across complex, cloud-based environments.
Responsibilities:
- Design, code, configure, test, debug, and document system and application programs.
- Prepare technical design specifications based on functional requirements and analysis documents, and provide feedback on design artifacts.
- Collaborate with development staff to maintain quality and consistency, while participating in architecture, design, and code reviews.
- Develop and maintain operational and system-level documentation while supporting end-to-end technical ownership.
Required:
- 10+ years of experience as a Software Engineer
- Epic Certification
- Recent experience in Healthcare and EHR, specifically Epic, is required.
- Strong experience in architecture and system design, cloud architecture, infrastructure as code, Git, CI/CD and DevOps, containers and cloud-native platforms, data and application platforms, observability, security, production operations, and generative AI-assisted development is required.
