Job Title: MP&P Engineer
Location: Tukwila, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are supporting an opportunity for an experienced engineering professional to help develop, implement, and sustain nondestructive evaluation and measurement solutions that support aircraft lifecycle needs. We are looking for someone who can work across technical and non-technical teams, contribute to inspection procedure development, and support the qualification of tools, processes, and emerging technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Develop NDE procedures to support airline customer maintenance inspections.
- Design NDE reference standards and help create engineering specifications and related documents.
- Assist with evaluating emerging technologies and with the development and qualification of tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes.
- Perform routine tests and audits, support corrective and preventive actions, and apply project management, environmental health and safety, LEAN, and Quality principles to daily work.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, or physics.
- 10+ years of engineering experience.
- Experience writing nondestructive inspection procedures for commercial and commercial-derivative aircraft is strongly valued.
