Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Industrial & Manufacturing
Location: Mobile, Alabama (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Industrial & Manufacturing to lead major industrial and manufacturing construction initiatives from planning through turnover. Our team is looking for a confident, client-facing professional who can coordinate stakeholders, manage project execution, and help deliver complex work to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the full-time onsite project management lead and primary day-to-day representative for the client and project stakeholders.
- Manage planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and coordination across large-scale industrial and manufacturing projects.
- Track RFIs, submittals, change orders, risks, action items, meeting minutes, dashboards, decision logs, and status reports.
- Support commissioning, turnover, closeout activities, and transition to client operations while maintaining strong client relationships.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- PMP certification or an equivalent project management certification.
- 8–12 years of construction project management experience, preferably with a general contractor on large-scale industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, or heavy construction projects.
- Strong working knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and industrial/manufacturing facility requirements.
- Proven ability to manage project schedule, cost, scope, quality, and risk from inception through completion.
- Strong leadership, communication, organizational, problem-solving, and client-facing skills, with the ability to work onsite in a self-starter environment.
