Job Title: Business Performance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Performance Manager to support portfolio management, strategic planning, communications, and change management within a fast-moving scientific environment. Our team is looking for someone who can bring strong stakeholder engagement, polished communication skills, and organized execution to help drive operational effectiveness and organizational alignment.
Responsibilities:
- Support strategy development, execution of organizational plans, and implementation of functional projects.
- Create executive presentations, newsletters, announcements, memos, and other leadership communications.
- Facilitate leadership meetings and cross-functional working sessions, including agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
- Support change management, continuous improvement efforts, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement across the organization.
Required:
- Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of Strategic Planning, Business Performance, or Operations experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of Strategic Planning, Business Performance, or Operations experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of Strategic Planning, Business Performance, or Operations experience, or high school diploma/GED with 10 years of Strategic Planning, Business Performance, or Operations experience.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
- Demonstrated change management experience leading strategic initiatives and organizational change.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to manage complex cross-functional programs and business operations.
