Job Title: Product Designer – Specialized
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are partnering with a leading design team to hire a Product Designer – Specialized for a high-visibility apparel design assignment focused on basketball. This position will contribute to seasonal concept development, cross-functional collaboration, and polished product execution that supports future collections.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compelling apparel concepts, narratives, and design solutions that align with consumer, cultural, and athlete insights.
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, color designers, product management, merchandising, material and trim development, technical development, and sourcing teams.
- Create and present design assets, illustrations, and concepts that support women’s and men’s performance and style apparel product.
- Contribute to research, brainstorming, and ongoing design reviews while helping advance new work for future seasons.
Required:
- 8+ years of experience in a product design role related to apparel.
- Experience working in a design environment with materials, trims, design, and fit.
- Expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as CLO or Vizcom is required; Vizcom/3D/Miro experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and present concepts to stakeholders.
- Compelling portfolio demonstrating insight-driven design, concept and narrative development, problem-solving, and polished execution of women’s and men’s performance and style apparel product.
