Job Title: Sr Construction Manager (Transmission and Substation)
Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced construction leader to help drive complex transmission and substation work from planning through execution. Our team is looking for a professional who can coordinate contractors, manage project controls, and keep safety, quality, and delivery standards aligned throughout each phase of construction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets for transmission and substation projects.
- Lead project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, to keep work moving forward effectively.
- Monitor construction progress through regular site visits and inspections to support quality and schedule adherence.
- Manage project risks, issues, documentation, and stakeholder communication to support successful delivery.
Required:
- Experience managing construction activities related to electrical transmission and substation projects.
- Ability to oversee project plans, schedules, budgets, and overall execution.
- Experience leading engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Experience procuring materials, equipment, and services for project delivery.
- Ability to prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, reports, and drawings.
