Job Title: Architecture Consultant 3
Location: Beaverton, OR (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a highly visible opportunity for an experienced project leader who can help drive complex workflow transitions and capability implementation across marketing and planning environments. This position offers the chance to partner closely with PMs, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable progress.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale transitions and project initiatives that support new capabilities and evolving workflow needs.
- Collaborate with PMs, stakeholders, marketing, planning, and leadership teams to align priorities and move work forward.
- Translate technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical partners while maintaining clarity across nuanced workflows.
- Build and manage solutions in Airtable while supporting process improvement across marketing operations and related teams.
Required:
- 5-8 years of project management experience, ideally leading platforms and capability workflows.
- Strong background in managing large-scale transitions and projects, with a track record of successfully implementing new capabilities.
- Experience working in highly nuanced workflows and partnering with leadership stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, organizational ability, attention to detail, and comfort handling ambiguity.
- Understanding of marketing, operations, and processes within marketing.
- Experience building solutions in Airtable.
