Job Title: Project Manager – Non IT
Location: St. Paul, Minnesota (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing an opportunity for a Project Manager – Non IT to support security-focused projects and access controls initiatives in a highly coordinated environment. Our team is seeking a professional who can help organize schedules, align stakeholders, and keep complex project activity moving forward with clarity and precision.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activities and create detailed plans to support goals and deadlines.
- Bring together technical and non-technical stakeholders to align schedules, priorities, and deliverables.
- Present proposals, reports, and findings clearly to clients and internal partners.
- Review project specifications, contracts, and cost estimates while supporting decision-making.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- 8-10 years of experience required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving ability, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, plus the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and Visio.
