Job Title: Project Manager
Location: St. Paul, Minnesota (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a company seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the delivery of multiple capital expenditure projects across a facility portfolio. This position is focused on coordinating infrastructure improvements, managing schedules and budgets, and ensuring work is completed to quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple concurrent capital projects from design through closeout, including infrastructure, HVAC, electrical, roofing, and building envelope work.
- Coordinate contractors and construction teams to help ensure scope, quality, safety, budget, and schedule expectations are met.
- Review shop drawings, RFIs, and change orders for technical accuracy and cost impact.
- Conduct site inspections, support project closeout, and track spending against approved budgets while providing status updates to stakeholders.
Required:
- Experience managing facility or construction projects with responsibility for budget, schedule, and delivery.
- Technical understanding of MEP-related work and infrastructure projects.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to stay organized, detail-oriented, and self-directed.
- Experience working in both office/lab and plant or industrial environments.
- Ability to manage projects involving facility renewal, modernization, maintenance, or large infrastructure work.
- Ability to work on-site in St. Paul, Minnesota.
