Job Title: Facilities Manager
Location: West Union, South Carolina (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a Facilities Manager to serve as the single point of contact for facilities management support, helping coordinate service delivery and tenant needs across the assigned area. Our team is looking for a detail-oriented professional who can support reporting, budgeting, and project implementation while helping improve operational efficiency and workplace satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Area Manager with the implementation of short- and long-term client projects.
- Develop and implement programs, processes, and procedures that reduce operating costs and improve productivity.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, including budget variance reporting for assigned properties.
- Assist with capital and expense budget management, annual management planning, and vendor performance oversight.
Required:
- Minimum of 6 years of industry experience in a corporate environment, third-party service provider setting, or as a consultant.
- Strong organizational and management skills within matrixed organizations, with oversight of both technical and administrative staff.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and MS SharePoint, plus computer proficiency in CMMS/Work Order systems.
