Job Title: Mobile HVAC Service Technician
Location: Columbus, Georgia (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are representing a mobile facilities services opportunity that supports multiple commercial properties across an assigned territory. Our client is seeking a skilled technician who can deliver preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work while maintaining strong client service and operational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on commercial HVAC systems, including packaged units, air handlers, chillers, boilers, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain electrical distribution systems, plumbing systems, building automation controls, and fire/life safety systems.
- Complete assigned work orders using CMMS technology and support facility inspections and due diligence assessments.
- Travel between multiple client locations, manage assigned work independently, participate in on-call coverage, and communicate professionally with property management teams.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED; technical training or trade school degree is preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of technical experience in commercial building engineering with a strong background in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Universal EPA/CFC certification is required.
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
- Ability to work with MEP/HVAC system design and applications, lift up to 80 lbs, and work in various environmental conditions.
